My item hasn't arrived yet – is this normal?
Orders are usually processed within 1–6 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days. If it’s been more than 14 business days, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on our Track My Order page. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us at support@britbargain.com.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
My order arrived damaged – what should I do?
If you selected shipping insurance, we’ll replace your item free of charge. Otherwise, file a claim with the courier. Either way, feel free to contact us with photos and your order number.
I ordered the wrong size – can I return it?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days. Please contact us at support@britbargain.com to start the return process.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. We offer refunds on eligible returns made within 30 days. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Is your site secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card details.
