Thank you for shopping at BritBargain. The following terms outline our shipping process and conditions.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
2. Order Processing
- Order cut-off time: 10:00 PM (GMT)
- Processing time: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch
While we strive to meet the delivery estimates above, delays may occur. BritBargain is not liable for any shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all UK orders.
However, for orders under £20, a small order fee of £14.95 may apply. This helps us maintain competitive prices while covering shipping costs on low-value orders and reducing excess packaging waste.
4. Order Changes
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return an item, please wait until you receive your order and follow our return procedure.
5. Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived but tracking shows it was delivered, please contact the courier directly first. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we no longer have control over its delivery.

Note: In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to technical issues. If you're unable to locate your parcel, feel free to reach out to us.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
BritBargain is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the courier.
If you selected shipping insurance at checkout, we will assist with replacement or compensation. Please email us at support@britbargain.com and include your order number and photos (if applicable).
