Refund & Returns Policy
1. Change of Mind (Customer Remorse)
We accept returns within 30 days from the day after you receive your order if you change your mind. To ensure a smooth process, please contact our support team at support@britbargain.com before returning your item.
Returns based on customer remorse will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is new and unused
- For sealed items, the seal must be intact and unopened
- The product must not be damaged due to handling or use
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all original accessories
Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th may be returned until January 31st.
2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label once the return is approved.
If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, we'll handle replacements for damage during transit directly.
3. Return Instructions
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Email support@britbargain.com to initiate your return and receive return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Items must be securely packaged and include all original components, if applicable.
4. Return Address
Our support team will confirm the appropriate return address. Some returns may need to be sent outside the UK, depending on stock location or supplier logistics. Please contact us first to avoid delays or errors.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in cases of remorse-based returns. In select cases, returns may need to be sent outside the United Kingdom or Europe. We understand this may add cost and will do our best to offer guidance or alternatives where possible.
6. Cancellations
We cannot accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast dispatch. If you'd like to return an order, please refer to the return procedure above.
7. Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 2 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate a carrier investigation that may take up to 5 days.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Warranty
All items come with a 3-month legal warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage due to misuse. If your product develops a fault during this period, please contact us for a return and replacement or repair if applicable.
