How does this mixer work? First, put all your ingredients into the jug and close the lid. Press the button on top to turn the mixer on. Then press it again to turn it off when your batter is well-mixed. Make sure the batter has enough liquid so it will mix properly. Next, hold the jug over the middle of your frying pan, and squeeze the handle. A sliding door on the bottom of the jug will open, allowing the batter to pour out evenly! Release the handle to close the hatch when you’ve got enough batter.
Since the jug is transparent, you can tell how much batter you’ve got left. The mixer jug also has handy measurement scales on its side. These include ounces, cups, and millilitres. So when you need to dispense a specific amount of batter, you’ll easily be able to tell how much you’re pouring.
